There no tour right know. There's a small self guided tour . It a temporary display untill they build the new visitor center.
The "self tour" is a major letdown. It pretty much says "cows make milk, we make cheese with it" then samples. Wait to visit until the main factory is open for full tours again.
The newly remodeled visitors center is now open.
There's a self guided tour then cheese samples at the end. No need to book for it.
The tours are self-guided. It includes a farm exhibit, gallery birds-eye-view of the factory and cheese sampling upstairs on the second floor. They are free of charge. On a slow day it will take you 10-15 minutes to venture through everything. On a busy day it may take around 30-45 minutes due to people traffic. :)
