You can use a cellphone during a ride, but obviously it's common sense not to.

I was more curious about the management policy regarding ride safety. Sounds like a liability for the boardwalks owners not to enforce a "no cell phone" policy to ensure the safety of the riders especially children. No n on wants their front teeth nocked out due to someone taking a selfie on a moving ride. Just surprised that they permit it there. I was hoping to hear safety was a priority before determining whether to return this summer.
