Excellent customer service. Needed 3 rooms and was accommodated on the same day. Rooms were very spacious. Cleanliness was A+. Pool was so amazing. I can honestly say this is one of the best places to stay in Point Pleasant. Marie at the front desk was amazing, friendly and very helpful. Carlos in maintenance went above and beyond to make sure all 12 of my party were taken care of. Gina at the front desk during the night shift was wonderful. I look forward to booking again.

Very dangerous establishment. Guests get locked in their rooms and the staff DOES NOTHING to help them get out. The staff is rude and predatory. The place is also rather dirty. There were strange little dots on the sheets which I realized were BED BUGS!! Do not stay at this place. Dangerous, dirty, and just plain creepy!!!!

Front desk went out of their wayto accommodate my family due to a booking.com mistake. Clean rooms. Large heated pool. Definitely kid and family friendly. Will be there next year

Point pleasant manor let’s guests be guests and has a great friendly atmosphere. You need anything and there are plenty of workers there to get it for you. Everyone young, old, college age, were friendly and happy to be there. Went with my extended family last weekend. The pool is great, just a block from the beach, the rooms are clean. They have a little poolside cafe to get coffee, breakfast and lunch. The Ark restaurant in walking distance was really good. Scallops and drunken clams were terrific and the burgers were great too. You can take the train and walk a short distance right to the hotel . The boardwalk is a 3 minute drive . We will definitely be coming back
