Both street parking and parking lots are available.. however overall parking is hard to find.

Yes there is parking on the street as well... But I rather go to parking lot in the park 😉
If you don't mind paying $30 or $40 for parking. Ridiculous how towns allowed this to happen?

Parking is available in lot andbon street but fills up for beach goers in the morning and then again after 6 for the boardwalk.

You can park on the street for free.
There are both, but as stated by others before me, it gets a bit crowded on weekends. So you might have to look around a bit, but parking can be found.
