Reserve online with an appointment, its cheaper. They charge for the insurance which is required and less than public storage. 5x5x4 is 32.00 per month. They raise it every year
I paid $56.20 for the 5×5 but now starting January 2019 I'll be paying $61.

Depends on what size of the storage unit you need. I have the smallest size which cost me around $40 per month. Check they're website for storage units sizes and prices. They are pretty reasonable compared to Extra Space Storage where for the same size I was paying up to $91 and then they wanted me to pay $109. About two months ago. Also see if Cube Smart just opened a facility. You might get it cheaper if they offered. Good luck.
