Before I moved in all of the staff were kind and courteous. Everything was broken down based on what I needed to do and what they were going to do in order to assist me with my storage concerns. The unit was the correct size for what I needed. Everything was explained to me about the insurance, hours of operation and what the expectations were of me as a unit holder and Cubesmart as the facility

Not flexible. Does not honor reservation as placed Reserved cube no longer available on date. Offered another a thigher price. Left without van and cube reserved with twwo.movers waiting.No.help from Cubie.Take what we have now or leave it Van was there all day.which I had reserved for that day also Refuse to release it because I was 30 min.late . No grace time.for.van reservation

My unit is underground . Iam so satisfied at how clean it is down there .. I've had other storage units before and sad to say they were dusty and had a moldy odor! cube smart gets an A+ on the cleanliness from me! Most importantly the staff is very cheerful and helpful.. 👍 Bronx NY at 2880 exterior street! Ps. The manager DESTINY is very professional and explained everything completely! 👏

Awesome storage and very clean. Only one problem with this place and that’s the hours of operation. You only have access to your storage unit during between opening and closing of your storage place. Often times that’s only to 7pm, other than that great storage.

Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items.
Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system that can only be opened by a code that is assigned to each individual tenant.
