Good and bad: the facilities are clean and very well kept the staff in both facilities are very professional, good people; however, the rooms are not true size, a 5x10 is really 4'6"x 9'10" a 7.5x 10 is really is really 7x 9'8" and so on. Also there is no consideration when you move within the facilities. I moved from one CubeSmart to another CubeSmart and I was treaded badly for doing that. and I moved on the same date that I was due in my first unit into my next unit. I really don't understand this. Thank you.

Your manager, Destiny Barnett, was a lifesaver when we were moving into our apartment and your storage facility. Knowing we only had minutes to load the elevators before we would be locked out, she grabbed us 2 elevators and hustled my movers inside, averting catastrophe (seriously, we couldn’t bring the boxes back to our apartment and the moving company had no storage of its own for the weekend). On a later visit, she helped us dispose of a cart of boxes, so we wouldn’t have to bring them home. You are lucky to have such a smart, hard-working manager.

Climate-controlled storage units are temperature controlled. Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items.
Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system that can only be opened by a code that is assigned to each individual tenant.
To keep you and your information secure we have set up multiple ways you can pay including using our mobile app, our online customer center, stopping by the office, or mailing a check directly to your local facility. Additionally, we offer the convenience of AutoPay, which will automatically charge your Mastercard, Discover, Visa, or American Express each month without additional fees. You can also call our secure, automated payment line.
