Purchased a handgun from them while deployed. I was extended and couldn't pick it up. When I returned I was informed that they had sold the gun again, and that I had abandoned my property and would not be getting a refund.

I'm so sorry to hear that my brother veteran. I was thinking about going there to purchase my first hand gun but after seeing your review and all the other horrible reviews I'm going elsewhere. It sucks cause they're just a mile from my home. God speed!

I have bought a few guns from them, no more. If they treat my fellow Veterans this way, they are done. I will also spead the work to every Vet I know.

They should be ashamed of themselves for conducting business in such a manner, especially to someone who voluntarily defends our country. I won an auction on Gun Broker and paid for it the same day, August 18. They are located in the state in which I live. It's August 30 and I have had no contact from them, but they took my money including their $25 shipping fee. It could have been walked here by now. I'm sorry you were mistreated. Veterans, and active duty personnel should only receive the best of everything. How anyone after reading your review can recommend this business is beyond me.

I would also contact the Veterans Affairs Office in the Butler Court house. i think his name is John Cyprian he has helped me before. I think it's worth a phone call.

File detailed complaint to State Attorney General's office of consumer protection, they'll contact owner and help resolve issue, or sue company into compliance.
