I have to pay a fine will I have to wait as long as if I was coming for like a license? And if I come at 5:20 and they close at 6 is it a problem?

It depends on what ticket number you are given and if there is alot of staff available for the day at the windows. Some staff go on break and the wait is even longer. but going there at 5:20 shouldnt be a problem. They will take anyone that is inside the main corridor as long as you have your ticket. They used to close the door 30 minutes before but I think they got complaint and usually have to stay open til the time they say they close and still have to take every one inside ifnit means they will have to leave late

The wait really depends on that day how many people are there on that specific time. If you book an appointment it will be less wait. I was in and out within 1 hour with my license permit test done and everything. But apart from that, i think once you are in, you are in. They close the door at 6 and finish with everyone inside is what I heard.
