Thank you Jacob @troy uber/lyft has poor coverage in that area and getting one at 4 am in the morning is almost impossible. There is no option to schedule rides with them in this area. There are couple of shuttle service available but they have poor reviews and some people even missed their flight because of poor cab service.
Do you have the uber app?
No they will not allow for people to sleep in their cars and the air port shuts down after last flight the night before.
