My son is 3 and i only let him in the smaller houses with kids his age. The older kids are often playing and having fun and don't see the little ones. Bounce about is great fir all ages!!!!

Yes, yes they can. However keep in mind that there will be other children in the bounce castle as well. It would be better to have a group of 3yr olds playing together, as the older kids can get a wee bit too rough for 3yr olds & younger.
