I was a spectator at a crossfit competition but from what I saw the gym was huge. The equipment looked maintained, clean and modern. The judges were very competent and willing to take time out with the competitors to explain the rules and coax and cheer them on. Class act!

A year and a half ago I was you, reading reviews, looking at gym websites and feeling a little bit intimidated. I had just moved to the area and was looking for someplace to work out, I tried several CrossFit gyms in the area before trying ARX. I was so nervous when I walked in that I can’t remember the workout or the people that were in the class that day but I do remember leaving there and thinking to myself, I can’t wait to go back. This is a place that strangers turn into friends almost instantly, coaches become your support system and when you’re struggling they push you and if you’re just not feeling it that day they scale the workout for you. You will not find a better group of coaches and athletes anywhere. The owners, Lauren and Jacob are two of the most caring people you will meet. Their kind spirit rubs off onto you and makes you want to be a better person. Give it a try and don’t be intimidated, go in with an open mind and I can promise you, you will not regret it. You will not only feel better about yourself, you’ll gain confidence and best of all you will gain a new “Family”
