The area near the reservoir has tables snd grills to bbq. The bouncy house you might need to contact the parks dept
Not to BBQ but the bouncy house you would have to check with the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation at Highland Park. I wouldn't do it because the ground there is not very level

No one should ever have an open fire /bbq in Highlandpark. There r no bbq pits /tables .this Beautful Park doesn't need a open fire period. In past just walk, u will find discarded hot charcoal found near base of trees /bushes it takes yrs to grow, p.s. please take yur garbage with. Those who don't send them a $$$ticket.. most come here,in vehicles, truly dumb is 4 ever..
