Really great park. The reservoir area is lovely to walk around. The highway takes away from the ambience some but its the city what do you expect.

Exciting opportunity to get far away from cars in Brooklyn. Nice clean bike trail circling the old Ridgewood Reservoir. People actually used to drink from that mosquito nursery up until 1959. Now it is home to natural critters and a birch forest.

This Wendy's was great on food back in the days' but now the food doesn't taste done. I had a 4 for 4 and my nuggets were not cooked properly and my Jr bacon cheeseburger was missing bacon. I think they need a better staff to provide better services. Or get a good manager or team leader to run the place better.

Wonderful water-view park to walk or bike in! Took my dog here and had a great time.

Yes, quite a few. There's a popular "barbecue area" in the upper half of the park, and the majority of the parking area is there.
Yes! you can. The staff will direct you where you can place your tents.
Yes they do. Part of the playground is currently renovating and is due to complete by 2022. So portable bathrooms are in place
This Park is a city Park and there is no fee several different entrances and you can have any event you want. The Jamaica side can be slightly rowdy and if you prefer a less packed area go deeper into the park. The park is humungous and I actually did not know this til this summer.
Get there by 630 am there ate daily locals that will grab the grills way early , this is my experience as I seen recently... Tonya - CEO of Straight to The Top Ent. Record Label
The technical rule is you can be there till dark, i don't know how well this is inforced but do know of someone who got a ticket for being out after dark at the park.
No, but you gotta do it on the upper side of the park. In the lower side where the courts and sprinklers are is not permitted.
Depends where along the perimeter you need to be dropped off! If youre looking for the park/BBQ area i suggest you use 7038 Vermont Pl 11385
For many people who don't go often to this park you actually miss out on some beautiful birds. Even if it's rare occasionally you can see a duck or two and on occasions we even have a swan pop up
You can't fish there. You can go to Kissena Lake or Baisley park instead.
My fitbit said 4 miles
The area near the reservoir has tables snd grills to bbq. The bouncy house you might need to contact the parks dept
I'm not aware of a purple section at highland park. Do you have any further information about what your asking?
Not any more. They have been removed. Bring your own. Do not dump charcoal onto trees...dump into garbage barrels only after you put them out
Yeah i think u can a permit for about anything
