sorry that you a bad experience on your phone call but there is no way we can give you exact price quote without seeing the merchandise 22k gold sometimes comes out 23-24k so you get pay more and sometime it is 21k so we dont give prices without testing the gold,hopefully you can stop by the store and can help you thank you
