The current wait times to speak to a representative averages 70 minutes!!! At minimum you should have a call back option, its not difficult. It’s too bad there are no negative stars.

Please please someone tell me why there are no other mcu banks on Staten island even if there was an mcu atm in oth er parts of the island it would be helpfull
