Depends what day you go on how long the wait is. Theyre closed Monday so i went in on a Tuesday morning and there were 50 people ahead of me and we waited 4.5 hours. A different day (i think it was Thursday) they closed at 4:15 and I arrived at 4:05 cause i was coming from work and wow, they got my in and out before my butt hit the chair.
You need your birth certificate, social security card, and 2 pieces of mail with your name and address if you're over 18 - or parent/guardian if under 18.
I took a consumer to the DMV and this individual had nothing but a letter from their prescribing physician indicatingthe person's name, address and date of birth. This individual had a previous ID through the DMV and the process took approximately 45 minutes. Good luck.
