Was renting from this company and had left for vacation, they showed up at my house every single day while we were gone. I saw them from my video camera banging on my doors and ringing my doorbell at lease 10 times. And each and every single day they showed up and even started looking through my windows!!! Left trash all over my porches when they left they’re stickers! The sale itself wasn’t that bad but they put in half my information incorrectly and had to call and get that fixed. I returned home from vacation and returned the item, I am not going to rent from a company that is so inconsiderate of their own customers.

Nobody waited on us after we looked for a good ten min. Sales person standing outside smoking and complaining to someone in a car when we went to front to at up a rental. Other sales person finally came out after I called the store and told me at 7:45pm that it was too late for me to purchase a washer dryer set but they'd take my info. I got mad because this was my only free time this week and was leaving. Sales person came in from outside and was making remarks at me.

I have rented off them for years and years now and I don't think I will renting off them again and thats a shame. Your not even a day late and they are showing up at your door beating on it 7 days a week, everyday until they get in touch with you, it's called harassment. The lady I have dealt with is very rude and inconsiderate. I have complained about this lady and she still is very rude. You could be nice as pie to her and she is still rude, not someone that should be dealing with customers. My brother has rent a center and they are so nice there, so if I do need anything again im pretty sure that is where I will be going after this ordeal. Not a happy customer at all. 20yrs it has been.

Not very helpful and not very friendly on the phone. I asked them to replace the mattress cover because the zipper broke. They lied and said they would replace the mattress cover when they came to Kittaning. They lied and they mattress cover is now open with a broken zipper and they never bothered to replace it. I call that bad customer service. Also the day I ordered the bed the woman I talked to on the phone was not friendly at all and not that helpful. I do like the bed though . Something needs to be done about the bad customer service.
