The museum is senior-friendly because it's all on the same level as the entrance and parking lot (which is loose gravel, but you should be able to park right at the door). The museum is very interesting in itself...we spent the better part of an hour in there alone. The mine tour is, as the others have said, uneven walking and cold and damp.
I concur, not for someone of that age.
Its probably not a good idea.lits of walk and mud.not sure.the walkways are not smooth all the time.but yh oj can call and ask.its very cold inside too. And very interesting and after all its historic. I would not take my granny with 97.
