What a total rip off. My daughter picked up a small blizzard for me. $4.00. She brought it home and it was just a little over 1/2 full. She wanted a chocolate cone and you had no chocolate ice cream!!!

I have lived in 7 states in the last 11 years and PA is the only state that does have choc. Ice cream They had choc. Ice cream last year. Are they not going to have it any more or they just did not have it then?
