I HATE coming to this Dairy Queen. The teenagers that run this place half the time have no manners whatsoever. I always get rude interactions, and once I return the attitude they try to turn it back around. No thank you. I won’t be EVER coming back to this location. Horrible. And other people are right, they barely put anything in the ice cream and it ends up just being a vanilla ice cream cup. They need to fire everyone in this store and start from scratch.

I went to this Dairy Queen yesterday after a particularly harsh day, hoping for a delicious frozen treat. When I arrived at the facility, I was greeted by a "drive thru only" sign and a line of about 8-10 cars. from there, it took about 30 minutes to get to the ordering window/menu. My girlfriend and I had plenty of time to deliberate what to order, so when we got to the window we were ready to order immediately. However, they were not ready for us to order. A woman's voice told me that someone would be with us shortly to take our order. 4-5 minutes later, someone finally asks us what we would like. I exclaimed joyously my order- "One large chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard, and one medium caramel fudge cheesecake blizzard, and one chicken tender basket." She confirmed our order 3 times, ignores the chicken tender basket, (to which I kindly dismiss as it seems that they don't have it on the menu) and then told us to proceed to the window to pay and receive our ice cream. I then sat for an additional 5-6 minutes with 2 cars in front of me also waiting to pick up their order. Finally, they left, and I pulled up to the window. I was ready to pay for my order, but it seems that I was interrupting the cashier's dinner. Her choice for this evening was a cherry-dipped vanilla cone that was half melted. However, I didn't worry about seeming rude, because it seemed like she didn't notice my intrusion. Finally, after a lengthy conversation with her employees using the popular phrase, "F*** that s***", I was finally greeted with the price I was quoted, "12.17." Thank goodness. I hand her my card and she puts it into the machine, and then proceeds to walk away to chat with her coworkers (about important ice cream-related business I am sure) for about 2 more minutes, to which she comes back and hands me a half-melted chocolate cookie dough blizzard, which I did not order. I ordered a plain chocolate-chip cookie dough blizzard (a very subtle difference, I understand) to which she went back to standing there aimlessly, wiping the same 3-inch space on her counter over and over. Suddenly, the drive through window slams shut abruptly, leaving us stranded. 6 minutes later, the door reopens, with the woman at the counter handing me the second treat that my order consisted of. I thanked her, and went on my way. In total, this trip into the drive through took about 45-50 minutes total, but all was well. My order was wrong, but the love of my life had her delicious blizzard properly prepared, besides it also being half melted. Or so I thought. As we continue to eat "our" order, she becomes increasingly distressed at the surprising lack of cheesecake chunks, the main attraction to this exotic dish. To her dismay, it appears to be that her order was also prepared wrong. We proceeded home to a lackluster evening due to the Queen's failure to brighten up our day. I most likely will not be returning here.

If I could leave no stars at all, I would. Ordered a blizzard and it was completely the wrong thing. The drive through worker said point blank she was not fixing it. Not giving me the correct item which I had paid for and was correct on the receipt. She was the rudest person I have ever dealt with any customer service situation. How she has her job confounds me. I will never go back here again. You never refuse to fix your mistake for the customer.

I just left this Dairy Queen literal minutes ago. I was in the drive through and trying to order. I asked for a medium cotton candy blizzard, and when asked if I wanted anything else I said yes and asked for a chicken sandwich. The woman said back “we don’t have those” which to me, sounded like she meant they don’t sell them at this location (I know some have less food options). So I laughed it off and said “oh ok, it’s on your menu” and was going to order a different food item. Before I could, I was cut off by her saying in a very rude tone “well we don’t have them what do you want me to do about it.” I was actually shocked, I didn’t mean it in a rude way whatsoever. I said “oh..ok” in a shocked tone. After a bit she asked if I wanted something else, I said no, that’ll be it then. She said they had these two items, I said no, it’s fine. Then she asked what blizzard it was I got? If I hadn’t just been treated disrespectfully I would’ve said it again no problem. It seemed like she just did not want to do her job. I’ve worked food service before and know it can be stressful when you have people complain or be rude. I try my best to be nice to everyone as I know how it can be. But I was really at a loss for words with this woman’s behavior. I drove away and did not finish ordering. I’m truly shocked at the attitude I received.
