My best friend and I live here together and we are just beyond grateful to be here. It’s affordable, it’s beautiful and clean, we have a corner unit and get to see the lush green forest in the summer. Staff is so friendly and welcoming and literally go out of there way to make sure the residents are satisfied. After we were living in the city and getting parking tickets for no reason, having kids smash our car windows on Halloween, criminals running on your roof and the police screaming outside your townhome…the stories go on and on in the city of reading lol the amount of gratitude we have to be residents here is insane. So thankful. Proud to have earned a unit here and proud to be a part of the spring point and metropolitan companies family. (:

So far so good with Spring Pointe. The property is beautiful and the people I have met here so far are super friendly and helpful.
