I signed up for a flight lesson at the flight school there (a separate 5 star review) - I had never been at Mansfield airport before. So I walked in the front door, feeling a little out of place, and I was greeted by a waitress from the restaurant. I asked her if she was TSA and she laughed, she was just on break from her job. They make you feel welcome there. Everyone is friendly, and the restaurant is a good deal for the money, and you can eat outside at the picnic tables and watch the planes. You don't even have to be a pilot or have a flight. It's a fun place to be!

Second time ever in a helicopter at about 10 years old. Sure enough, ended up becoming a United States Marine and flew in a UH-1Y and AH-1W Huey and SuperCobra squadron and I loved every second of flying in combat despite the inherent dangers of helicopters. Flew this little beast from Mansfield through Boston to Beverly.

So that's a bit of a difficult question. You could definitely find a pilot who would be able and willing (at almost any airport). Many of whom would be willing to do it for no charge. But the process of going about finding one can be tricky. Sometimes it works to just talk to the people at the airport to see if they'd be interested. You could always go to a nearby flight school and go up for an introductory flight. Those can be a few hundred though.
Yes, there is a restaurant inside.
Yes Aeroventure Aviation Academy is there.
