Its coming together, it reopened as Active Day. Its got a great deal of various activities for all it does and it does vary from day to day. It is a good place to be supervised for health and activities.

My mother had moderately severe dementia, I say moderate because she is still some what cognitive with voices but not faces. 100% dependent on the care of others. I am her full time caregiver and have been for five years. Mansfield Adult Day Health is the perfect place when I need some time away from the job and my mother really does enjoy going. The staff is wonderful, and caring and I never worry once ounce when she is there. They do provide breakfast and lunch which is a bonus call them I still after 4 years am not 100% sure on the hours. They are open M-F closed on weekends and most holidays (that'[s why the 4 star rating for all the holidays I can understand the major's but the day after thanksgiving isn't a holiday). I am private pay, they do have programs if you meet the requirements.
