Sign on the door said no more than five people allowed inside at one time, we were up to about 10 to 15 at one point and I was nervous. Two stars because the clerk was friendly and helpful They axed birthday rewards from their loyalty program so there's no point in even going here anymore. Sorry nice clerk man, it's not your fault

They do trade ins. Best bet is to go to website or better the app. Sign in, then look on top action bar for trades, and enter in what you have. You can save it and that trade in value after, it is good all that day.

Ray it sounds like you should try holding on to your receipt in case you purchase a defective item, that way you can return it and either get your money back or another functional item.
