Do you need an appointment for a driver's license after you pass your road test or can you just bring paperwork in and get a license?

I have the same question and I have been receiving conflicting answers.. The MVC website doesn't provide an answer and if you try calling you just waste your time with their automated system. Furthermore there is no link to schedule an appointment for Initial License. They have a link for renewal but it wont let you schedule the appointment with that link..

I don't think you need an appointment for that.
