Hi Huys, bottles may be purchased and be brought out to the patio area. As for cigars, there is no smoking allowed where food is being served. Please check with the host/hostess on where you may do so.
You can buy bottles and drink in the outdoor area as they have outdoor seating weather permitting. I have never seen anyone smoking cigars in the seating area.
