The new recycling rule is no bags even blue special ones... I work so hard to make sure to put all plastic in recycling and they dont take it because not right bag. I have so many bottles it dosent fut in green container. So Iam giving up such a pain to do this so I will just throw away in garbage and thats its.s that they have no requirement
