It is a long story so I will try to summarize. The staff was rude and unprofessional. They ran me in circles regarding what was wrong with my car and what they were actually doing. They charged over $1000 for a job that did not need to be performed. They kept the car almost two weeks with no courtesy call. I had to call to find out where my vehicle was. They cited parts shortages... which still does not justify the amount of time they had the car regardless. When I finally got the car back there were grease marks on the visor and window frame, ashes in the car and the drivers side window button had been jammed upward so hard it broke. When I called to address the issues with management they did not even offer an apology let alone attempt to make things right. I was told i bairaded them. At that point I asked to speak with upper management or an owner and was told that he'd call on Tuesday (yesterday) and so far no call. Oh and I should mention the car broke down less than 48 hours after I got it back. Don't trust these people.

They towed me after an accident and let me sit in my hot car on the truck while they stopped for a flat tire on the thruway for over a half hour and when i asked him something he screamed on me that we are on the thruway and he needs to move.......

Was broke down on thruway at the Sloatsburg rest stop. My vehicle wouldn’t start. Something to do with the key fob. Larry came to our rescue, fiddled around with some things and it started! Saved tons if we had to have it towed!

Last week around midnight, I blew both back tires in my car. I was very nervous and anxious in the dark, when Larry showed up. He calmed me right down and was quick to tow me to safety. That was probably the best customer service I've ever received, I can't thank Larry enough! He's the best!
