When you check-in we request a credit card if you booked your stay online, or the one booked with the room that is on file. We use that card and authorize a hold for $50, intended for incidentals like parking, room service, and other services. This hold is taken for each night of your stay. After you check out, the amount that was not used is returned onto your card and will be reinstated within 2-7 business days depending on your card and bank.
