Sure, but on the other side of the tunnel there was a rock slide awhile back and i believe the way is blocked so if you wanted to go further past the tunnel you wouldn't be able to go far
There is a steel cross bar at the south end of the tunnel where you could put a canoe or kayak in. Once in the water you would need to paddle up to the tunnel.. perhaps 20 or 30 ft, get out and try get your vessel over the bar. The north end has a little more water to use to paddle, but not much, perhaps a little more then 100ft or so
You should be able to, there is a lot of larger rocks in the water towards the south side. So I would just advise you be careful. And the water isn't necessarily the cleanest
