Animals start in cages during the day and some lurk out during the dark hours of the night..

Animals are always outside. Only they are separated by a fence.
Animals are out 24 hrs. They can be seen thru the fence.

They are there all the time as far as I know. 24/7 365 days a year. I live close by.
They are always out, its an open enclosure, so as long as there is light you can roam around their fences and see them or feed them ..its pretty nice
