Nice park with lots of fun climbing and sliding. Only downside is that there's an opening in the fence that opens to the main road. It's weird that it's not closed off by a gate.

It's is generally not permitted in county parks. In some parks you need a permit. Better to ask the Parks department at Town Hall.
