I am in Wayne, NJ. What is the procedure for submitting my IPhone 6S PLUS for the battery replacement? Do I need an appointment? Do I just walk into the store? Do you have the new replacement batteries in stock?

Taking a prior appointment is a good idea. Last time I went there without appointment as walk in, I had to wait for more than 2 hours. Calling the store to make sure they have battery in stock is also a good idea.

I agree...call the Apple store in advance before making the trip and encountering a mob scene! The sales crew are very helpful. They should be able to let you know whether they have batteries in stock! Good luck to you and stay warm!
