I went to try to buy a laptop and the so called genius told me I need an appointment to makr a purchast. I walked straight out. What world are we living in when I can't walk into a store to spend money. Never again. Best Buy can take my money.

I went to the store with appointment to buy 2 Iphone 13 Pro. After I finished the purchase I wanted the member help me answer some questions I had about the Ipad and a trade in my old iPhone. He was so rushed to attend other customers that he didn’t care to answer me properly. I felt so bad for being treated like nobody after 2 purchased. When I went to spoke with another member to help me he said I need to wait about 30 to 45 minutes to somebody help me. This is not fair because I had an appointment and the member didn’t help me properly. I will never go back to that store again. I’m not surprised that has 2.5 stars.

Best store im not an apple owner my wife is but this store sure knows how to treat customers they have educational events at the store very entertaining..and they kept us updated on her repair as we waited they gave a mini seminar on how to use a specific app on the phone that mixes lady gagas new song which is free on this app. My wife being a fan was intrigued. The price of fixing her screen was reasonable but the only thing I wasn't happy about was the amount they charged me to add extra screen protector..and we have insurance..at our T-mobile store they replace them for free. So i was very upset paying $40. Other than my dislikes they sure knew how to treat customers.

Taking a prior appointment is a good idea. Last time I went there without appointment as walk in, I had to wait for more than 2 hours. Calling the store to make sure they have battery in stock is also a good idea.
