many recommendations from that hospital, but the worst nurses are with the phone they left me waiting for two hours with leg pain, although I said several occasions only told me the doctor is coming i had to leave the hospital with pain in the leg without being treated, I wouldn't recommend it never

They discharged me too quickly, and it took over 4 hours to get a scan. I understand it was busy, and they were v pleseant... however didnt offer any other kind of testing (lab work only blood samples no stool samples, they didnt check my pee). Didnt look into my medical history. And doctor left before discussing my diagnosis (he only told me, he didnt specify) before discharge despite me needing to talk to him and asking the nurse (who was very nice btw). The nurse had to answer my question and did her best but ultimately told me to find a gastro doc and i was discharged slowly after. I dont know what caused my issues i dont know if its an ongoing issue, they couldnt answer that either.. Seemed like bad flare..I did not know you could deny discharges as on tuesday a gastro doctor i saw told me they shouldve kept me longer and done more tests. They havent released my medical records to my doctors either and its been weeks now which is a huge difficulty trying to get the aftercare and help i need. Ultimately was clean, was given a warm blanket staff was pleasant but wish the doctor i had been more thorough with me.

Same day surgery here and every person I encountered was wonderful and kind. Very happy with the St Joe’s Health System and their orthopedic unit in Paterson and now I can say the Wayne Campus is wonderful too

I went yesterday with several back pain, headache, pain in the stomach, the pain go through my legs and the do a XRay, urine test, and said everything is ok go to a specialist, and I was craying on pain and the Dr. Ask me what happen? And I told him the pain come and he look at me and said everything come good, like a said you have to go to specialist. When I go home I read the papers and said if you present this symptoms you have to go to the hospital, and know what are the same symptoms I told them I have. Is crazy that this days you can trust you healthy to a profesional because the just didn’t care. Here I’m at home with the pain and have to wait weeks for a especilist send me to do the examination they can do in minutes. And the hospital was empty, and is because of that they send everyone home with out a treatment. My husband went 3 time with back pain and they send him home and a week later he suffer a heart attack, that was the fist symptom he present.
