You need to take into consideration the costs of burial and/or cremation as well. It's not just the cost of the injection... Also, is there good reason to be putting this animal down? Finding a new home is not an option? I'm not sure is size or type of animal drives the cost, however a kitten that I just had to put down with an infectious disease was around $250.00
