Excellent for adults. If you go expecting Cedar Point you'll be disappointed, but there are plenty of great rides and good eats around the park.
I went with our family during our family reunion. My mother is 82 my Aunt and her significant other are both in there late 70s my cousin's along with my husband and myself are all in our 50s and then there we're all of our kids. We rented scooters and a pavilion for the day. We had a blast. My 70+ Aunt rode all of the rollercoasters she could get that scooter to. Warning...if you need scooters, get to the park early because they go fast. We had three.
Kennywood is very fun for adults. In addition to classic rides such as the Kangaroo, Turtle, Whip, and Carousel, there are several wooden rollercoasters including, The Thunderbolt, Racer, and Jackrabbit. Kennywood also has a steel hyper coaster called Phantoms Revenge as well as two other steel coasters, the Sky Rocket and the Exterminator, a rather large wild mouse, dark coaster. In addition to the rides, it is a lovely park to walk around.
Yes, It is. I love the Holiday Lights!
For both the Holiday Lights and the usual summer hours, Kennywood is good for adults.
I was pleasantly surprised st how nice it was.
It is wonderful for all ages. Kiddie Land had a lot of rides going and so did the main part. No roller coasters or ferris wheel but several others including the merry-go-round. I'm in my 70's and was thoroughly delighted! There was even a wood campfire burning near Noah"s Ark where you could sit to get warm. Dancing light shows .... Kids caroling .... So festive and fun. Looking forward to next year!
