It wasn't opened on Thursday along with many other eateries and rides. It was very crowded and the lines were long. It just isnt as good as it used to be.
Why not call the park? However, in the early season, they sometimes have trouble getting employees needed to open everything, and there's no way of knowing what feature may be closed. Sad to say, even at peak times, people may not show up to work. It's best not to set one's heart on anything there in particular. On any day, something could be closed. Kennywood, in some respects, isn't what it used to be, sad to say. Was a better place where owned by the Henninger family. Now a Spanish entertainment conglomerate owns and runs it and some things have changed. It's possible it won't be around for our grandchildren.
It was not open yesterday either.
