They dont have any baby rides, if that is what your asking. My son was 2, almost 3 (the next month) when we went this past summer. I was a little nervous for him on a few things, specifically the little kids swings. But he did well on everything else. I wouldn't really recommend any younger riding the kiddie rides. I would recommend bringing a stroller. Alot of walking for a toddler. They do search everything before coming into the park.
I'm not sure I fully understand the question as it is written, but from what I think you mean, there is no baby care area. If you bring a baby be prepared to carry said baby all day. Also, they do a very intensive bag check before you can come in, and will make you take off a belt if you're wearing one. Very hard to juggle a baby and do all that. They looked really guilty afterwards, and apologized, but it was still a pain
