I'm not sure but thats what I did, we got the ultimate VIP and we didn't get to speed pass on some rides which was dumb
From what I saw,the VIP tours and speed pass were a separate price of admission.I just got home from there yesterday.Admission was reasonable,but VIP was not.
Your admission cost is seperate from any vip tour costs.
