You can either buy a pass now (if you have the money to), or you can just buy a day pass and you can turn your day pass into a season pass before you leave the park. The money you spent on your day pass will go towards your season pass and you just have to pay the difference.

Purchase the tickets soon though. There is a price increase that happens after May 15. At least that has happened in the past. The season ticket pass had a long processing line. So plan that time into your day.
