How old do you have to be to do a private or non private ghost hunt

There is no mention of an age limit in the literature I got. I would think that due to insurance issues (liability) one would need to be an adult by West Virginia law.

I don't believe there is an age limit. I would say that it is up to the parental guardians to know if that is something their child could handle.
