How spicy is everything? I'm assuming it can't be adjusted as it's cooked ahead of time?

The spiciness of the food depends on what you order. If you have specific concerns, check in with the servers. They are friendly and helpful. Last, the food is cooked then and there. All the best to you.

There are both spicy and mild dishes. I was actually surprised how not-spicy the veggie platter was. If it's not hot enough, ask for some mitmita! Anything "wot" is spicy. "Alicha" isn't.

Only thing that's spicy in the vegetarian option is the lentils and they are about as spicy as medium salsa verde.

they do have mild choices as well, food is cooked and served fresh as Steven said. Enjoy!
