Can you just go there to eat, as in is there a restaurant? I thought there was a restaurant

No not a restaurant just for events parties meeting etc..

I'm a Google reviewer unfortunately this isn't a regular restaurant but the great news is that if you have special moment in your life you want to celebrate in this is the place. High class all the way. I've only been there one last year for my wife's xmas dinner celebration for the city of Newark but it was incredible. When my daughter gets married this will be my only place to go. If I get a chance I will do a full photo layout for the reviewing public.
