I called twice asking a question but nobody from the front desk have the answer. A family member has a membership but it is frozen. What do I need to be added to the account and how much will it cost?

Honestly they are charging alot now. Your best bet is to ask that family member to keep an eye out in their email for specials. Like sign up fees waived through online sign up or call corporate directly. My friend signed up last month and is paying 45 monthly to be able to use multiple gyms not only that you have to pay the 1st and last month + sign up of 100$ up front.
