Service was ok, no salt or pepper on table. When drink was served I asked for a napkin, received brown PAPER TOWEL. Meal was ok, ordered chicken with shrimp, it was very bland. Will give it 5 stars for cleanest.

I was skeptical about coming to this applebees with 4.0 rating but it certainly didnt impress me with poor Sevice and not actually checking the order. I ordered a tex mex shrimp irasista-bowl adding chicken and guess what... NO CHICKEN but got charged for it! I can only blame poor management with this error. Dont you cooks review what their cooking or your expediters actually check to make sure the order is correct? I not only was the robbed of my money for something they didnt provide, robbed of my tip for god service. Will never go to this establishment again!

I had the chicken tortilla soup, chicken tacos and a shrimp bowl. Everything was delicious! Chicken taco appetizer was incredible. Squeeze the lime on it! So good!
