I was looking for a eye pencil for a friend, the cashier woman pointed in a general direction towards the back of the store. I went after grabbing my pick up at the counter. I was lost near the Clinique area. Two idle workers did notice me and asked if I needed help, I said yes but they didn't help me further than that, they just returned to their conversation between themselves. So, I just left because it's embarrassing for me to be dismissed like that awkwardly standing there. I wasn't worth the help. *Edit*Now 20 mins later: I am now driving back from Kearny because I was not given my Chi Lava Curling Wand that I ordered for pick up along with my previous pick up. This Clifton location is gradually stressing me out with inconvenience.

Stopped in today to pick up a new perfume and left really satisfied. All employees were so kind and very helpful. Meryl helped me pick out a few new perfumes. When I need to shop in store this is definitely the one I'll be going to from now on.

Went into this store yesterday with a friend, I was individually harassed by a short, mature white salesperson (description because I don’t have her name). I was greeted by two salespeople when I walked in, which was normal. I informed them I didn’t need help because I had a list of items I knew I needed. Then, about 5 minutes into shopping I’m approached by a new salesperson — description above. She walks up to me, looks me up and down, and doesn’t say anything. Feeling really uncomfortable, I tell her “Hi, I don’t need help right now.” She continues to approach me 3 more times, the final time I inform her she’s ruining my shopping experience. She asked why, to which I said “This is the fourth time you’ve came up to me, looked me up and down, and hardly said anything.” She acted like she hadn’t seen me before and said “Oh someone has already offered you help? I apologize.” I purchased the one item I needed and put the rest back, so I can take my business elsewhere. The friend I was with was only approached by the sales people at the door, so it was clear I was being targeted by management.
