Not sure, but there is a place on Keyser Ave next to the Gerrity's. Its called north east title I believe. They also do shipping services. UPS, FedEx, USPS etc. They are also open til 5:00pm the UPS location your inquiring opens at 4pm fot customers. Just a suggestion 😉 good luck!
