I was in the same position, check some dispensary menus out like Nature's Medicines State College so you can see how much more expensive it is here. I came from AZ where I was paying $25 per gram of wax, here it's $65-$100...can't recommend a doctor though I used a certification center in Butler. Whatever you do make sure it's for a card for a whole year,I heard a doctor in central PA was charging a lot of money for only a 6 month card.
